  • The ISO 19650 standard series1 is the new international building information modelling (BIM) framework for building and infrastructure projects. It improves on the UK’s existing BS 1192 and PAS 1192 series, some of which have now been withdrawn. The series will eventually replace all 1192 standards and specifi cations.

    The suite currently consists of:

    Ò| BS EN ISO 19650-1 Concepts and principles, which contains recommendations Ò| BS EN ISO 19650-2 Delivery phase of the assets, which contains requirements (and also the requirement-based UK National Annex).
