Resumen de La realidad de la desindexación del salario mínimo: un estudio jurídico

En este artículo se plantea un análisis respecto de la desindexación del salario mínimo como unidad de medida ajena a su naturaleza retributiva laboral, creando la Unidad de Medida y Actualización para el cálculo de multas y créditos de cualquier índole jurídica, así como su posible contribución en los aumentos al mismo. Se analizarán los métodos de cálculos y unidades de medidas de Bélgica y Australia, países con los salarios mínimos más elevados, a fin de constatar si la implementación de unidades de medida distinta al salario ha generado aumentos significativos al mencionado emolumento de dichos estados.

In this article, an analysis will be made regarding the de of the minimum wage as a unit of measurement other than its labor remuneration, creating the Unit of Measure and Update for the calculation of fines and credits of any legal nature; as well as its possible contribution to the increases. The methods of calculations and units of measurements of Belgium and Australia, countries with the highest minimum wages, will be analyzed in order to verify if the implementation of units of measurement other than salary has generated significant increases to the mentioned emoluments of those States.
