    En el presente trabajo, el autor analiza a la justicia restaurativa desde una óptica constitucional, con el objeto de desentrañar su respectiva correspondencia.

    Para ello, utiliza como instrumentos normativos, la Constitución Política, el Código Procesal Constitucional, la Convención Americana de Derechos Humanos y la Jurisprudencia de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos.

    In this paper, the author analyzes restorative justice from a constitutional perspective, in order to unravel their respective correspondence.

    It uses regulatory instruments, the Constitution, the Constitutional Procedural Code, the American Convention on Human Rights and the jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
