    El músico conocido como César Strawberry emitió unas expresiones en la red social "Twitter", que fueron analizados por los tribunales. Fue absuelto por la Audiencia Nacional de la comisión de un delito de enaltecimiento del terrorismo, por tratarse de tuits con contenido sarcástico o humorístico. En cambio, el Tribunal Supremo le condenó. El Tribunal Constitucional le otorga el amparo al considerar que en la condena no se ponderó suficientemente el respeto a la libertad de expresión.

    The spanish musician known as Cesar Strawberry was acquitted by the Spanish Court "Audiencia Nacional". He had been accused of the crime of glorification of terrorism. In appeal, the Spanish Supreme Court convicted him. Finally, the Spanish Constitutional Court quashed the Supreme Court judgement. The Constitutional Court considered the judgement to be an assault on the respondent's freedom of speech.
