    El presente documento hace un acercamiento a las características tanto esenciales como primordiales y cómo desarrollarlas para propiciar que el municipio de Comonfort, Guanajuato sea un auténtico “pueblo mágico”, sin dejar a un lado la gestión gubernamental necesaria.Para dar adecuada respuesta a lo anteriormente mencionado a partir del sistema: “Pueblo mágico”, se contemplan los siguientes siete subsistemas:

    •Antecedentes ancestrales vitales y festividades destacadas y atractivas.

    •Comunidades involucradas notables por sus características de esta índole.

    •Contexto urbano y recintos arquitectónicos notorios.

    •Acciones culturales vigentes y recomendables llevar a cabo.

    •Hechos históricos eminentes y personajes sobresalientes.

    •Naturaleza apreciable desde el punto turístico.

    •Estrategias gubernamentales que impulsen este reconocimiento.

    Esto otorgará valor a determinadas zonas geográficas de comunidades ordinarias favoreciendo la promoción cultural en todas sus vertientes, el desarrollo regional y la conservación ecológica, propiciando el desarrollo sustentable, tanto social, económico, cultural y ambiental.Sin embargo, obtener este título implica estructurar una serie de estrategias enfocadas al fortalecimiento y difusión en todos los subsistemas mencionados para incrementar los atractivos turísticos, tradiciones, las características de la sociedad y en términos generales la riqueza cultural.

    El objetivo principal de la investigación es identificar los elementos que se involucran en la obtención del título de “pueblo mágico” lo anterior a partir de la metodología de Sistemas suaves de Checkland, complementada en uno de sus pasos con el modelaje IDEF0 (cuyo antecedente es SADT). Para finalmente concluir con una apreciación integral del destino turístico y determinar las estrategias claves para conseguir el nombramiento

    Urban context and well-known architectural sites.

    Current and recommended cultural actions to carry out.

    Eminent historical facts and outstanding characters.

    Nature appreciable from the tourist point.

    Government strategies that promote this recognition All with a close interrelation and interdependence, which from the systemic approach are contemplated these links in a cultural context.

    This will give value to certain geographical areas of ordinary communities favoring cultural promotion in all its aspects, regional development and ecological conservation, promoting sustainable development, both social, economic, cultural and environmental.

    However, obtaining this title implies structuring a series of strategies focused on the strengthening and dissemination in all mentioned subsystems to increase tourist attractions, traditions, the characteristics of society and, in general terms, the cultural richness.

    The main objective of the research is to identify the elements that are involved in obtaining the title of "magical town" the previous from the Soft Systems methodology of Checkland.. To finally conclude with an integral appreciation of the tourist destination and determine the key strategies to achieve the appointment.
