  • A new gemorphological mapping project has been developed in Spain the last years. This Project open out the geomorphological information in two independent main maps: Geomorphological and Active Processes maps. In the Geomorphological Map, landforms are represented on a 1:50.000 scale including a genetic and cronological legend. In the case of the Active Processes Map we include a valoration of attention level. There is also an unique symbol relation for the mapping representation. These maps are currently an important groundwork of immediate aplication and indispensable for any research of regional nature. In this work we present the Geomorphological and Active Processes maps of Foz (NW Spain).
