Palynological analysis from peat bog have been used to reconstruct environmental changes in the area. The landscape dominated by herbaceous taxa, constituted mainly Poaceae and Plantago lanceolada. Shrubs such as Cytisus type, Juniperus type, Erica arborea type and Rosaceae has important role in the vegetation.
