    Este artículo hace referencia a una investigación pedagógica que tiene como significación social, el trabajo con la diversidad de estudiantes en la clase de Matemática en el nivel educativo preuniversitario, argumentando desde la filosofía, sociología, psicología y la didáctica la necesidad de educar a todos y con todos, un reclamo urgente de estos tiempos en la pedagogía de la diversidad. La propuesta se realiza a partir de un estudio de la problemática existente en la práctica pedagógica y se sustenta en las características de estos estudiantes, lo cual se fundamenta en los principales postulados de la escuela socio histórico cultural y la pedagogía cubana.

    This article makes reference to a pedagogic investigation, that has as social significance, the work with the students' diversity in the class of Mathematics in the pre-university educational  level, arguing from the philosophy, sociology, psychology and the didactics the need to educate all and with all, an urgent claim of these times in the pedagogy of diversity. The proposal is carried out starting from a study of the existent problems in the pedagogic practice and it is sustained in the characteristics of these students, which is based in the principal postulates of the school socio historic cultural member and the Cuban pedagogy.
