    Que el mundo cambia y se trasforma permanentemente, no hay duda, las personas que hoy existen, no son las mismas que hace doscientos años, las ciudades, el campo, la industria, tampoco lo son. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo principal establecer la relación existente entre el desarrollo organizacional con respecto al “paradigma ambiental”. Para su escritura se hizo una revisión general sobre los dos temas y se construyó a partir de allí, un dialogo que permita establecer la relación entre los conceptos abordados.

    That the world changes and is transformed permanently, there is no doubt, the people that exist today are not the same as two hundred years ago, the cities, the countryside, the industry, neither are they. The main objective of this dissertation is to establish the relationship between organizational development with respect to the “environmental paradigm”. For its writing, a general review was made on the two topics and a dialogue was built from there, allowing the relationship between the concepts addressed to be established.
