  • Resumen
    • Date Presented 04/05/19 Sensory processing disorder (SPD) poses unique occupational challenges. However, most of the understanding is through a pediatric lens. To obtain information about the adult lived experience, a phenomenological study was conducted using Colaizzi's seven-step method and interpretive phenomenological analyses and the PEO model. The resulting conclusion is that adults with SPD experience an extreme paradoxical relationship with occupations.
