    El presente artículo tiene como objetivo general: Reflexionar desde la experiencia académica para la formación de competencias investigativas en el campo laboral de los estudiantes técnicos superiores y tecnólogos y sus objetivos específicos se dirigen a: Diagnosticar los problemas más frecuentes que muestran los estudiantes para desarrollar competencias investigativas. Determinar las competencias investigativas que deben incorporarse en los estudiantes, que propendan en el desempeño de sus funciones académicas o productivas. Ofrecer ejemplos de alternativas didácticas utilizadas por los docentes de las Unidades Académicas, para que desde la clase se logre la formación de competencias investigativas, para que asuman este rol bajo las premisas de la enseñanza desde el ser, conocer, hacer y convivir.

    This article has the general objective: To reflect on the academic experience for the formation of investigative skills in the labor field of senior technicians and technologists and their specific objectives are aimed at students: To diagnose the most common problems that show students to develop skills investigative. Determine the investigative skills to be incorporated into the students that tend to perform their academic and productive functions. Provide examples of educational alternatives used by teachers of the academic units, so that from the kind of investigative skills training is achieved, to assume this role under the premise of teaching from being, knowing, doing and living.
