The productivity of the teacher assessment is an essential category in the institutional work of any university orhigher institute of technology. Therefore, the importance of disclosing the systematization that has occurred in studies in the lastthree decades. These assessments made by the author of the doctoral research, determine the purpose of the following article: evaluate studies on vocational assessment and its impact on the educational process.Empirical techniques performed from interviews with principals and teachers of the ITF, corroborate the various opinions that shaped principals, teachers about the professional assessment process and ways to test their effectiveness and results.
