Resumen
- Developing and refining complex manufacturing management systems is a difficult task, not least because of the many and varied human factors involved. This paper outlines the problems and some of the existing techniques to analyze them, and introduces a new methodology designed specifically for manufacturing management systems and for use by both analysts and managers.
