Resumen de As relações étnico-raciais na sociedade brasileira: suas implicações na Educação e nas Legislações Educacionais

The theme of cultural diversity has expanded and is the subject of research in various areas of knowledge around the world. The concern in investigating this theme occurred mainly from the immigration that began with the process of decolonization of Africa, Asia and America in the twentieth century. However, the discussion about Brazilian cultural diversity and its contribution to the formation of this society began in the nineteenth century. In the present article we will seek to analyze the educational legislations to understand what are the norms for the Brazilian Education about the ethnic-racial relations in the schools and what they recommend, drawing instead an analysis about the existing academic debates in Brazil about its cultural diversity. It is noteworthy that the article was prepared according to the Brazilian reality, that is, it is a view of Brazil. The research methodology began with the bibliographic survey and educational laws that deal with the theme of the historical and cultural contribution of the black population in Brazil. In the development of the research we seek to perform a content analysis between the context of Brazilian society and the formulation of laws in the field of education that emphasize the need to insert African and African-Brazilian history and cultures in education. It is understood that it is not enough to recognize that there is racial inequality in Brazil, it is necessary to look for joint and effective ways to combat it and Education has an important role.

O tema da diversidade cultural tem se ampliado e é motivo de pesquisas em diversas áreas de conhecimento no mundo. A preocupação em investigar esse tema ocorreu, principalmente, a partir da imigração iniciada com o processo de descolonização da África, Ásia e América no século XX. Porém, a discussão sobre a diversidade cultural brasileira e sua contribuição na formação dessa sociedade se iniciou no século XIX. No presente artigo buscaremos analisar as legislações educacionais para entender quais são as normas para a Educação brasileira sobre as relações étnico-raciais nas escolas e o que elas recomendam, traçando antes uma análise sobre os debates acadêmicos existentes no Brasil sobre sua diversidade cultural. Ressalta-se que o artigo foi elaborado de acordo com a realidade brasileira, ou seja, é uma visão do Brasil. A metodologia da pesquisa se iniciou com o levantamento bibliográfico e de leis educacionais que tratam da temática da contribuição histórica e cultural da população negra no Brasil. No desenvolvimento da pesquisa buscamos realizar uma análise do conteúdo entre o contexto da sociedade brasileira e a formulação de leis noâmbito da Educação que enfatizam a necessidade de inserir a história e culturas africanas eafro-brasileiras no ensino. Compreende-se que não basta reconhecer que existe desigualdade racial no Brasil, é necessário buscar formas conjuntas e efetivas de combatê-lo e a Educação tem um papel importante
