In the present work of investigation was carried out an analysis in the workers of the company Vetco Gray of Venezuela the presence of technoestrés, by means of its different dimensions, supporting itself mainly in the theoretical postulates Salanova and others (2004), UGT (2008) ), Jarne et al. (2006), Martínez and Guerrero (2009), among others. Methodologically, it was considered a descriptive investigation, with non-experimental, transactional field design. The population was constituted by administrative personnel of the company VETCO GRAY VENEZUELA, formed by 25 subjects. For the collection and data, a valid questionnaire was used internationally, developed by the WONT Research Group Psychosocial Prediction of the Universitat Jaume I of Castellón called RED-TIC, where the tecnoestrés as psychosocial damage is measured with three types of dimensions: 1) Affective (anxiety vs. fatigue), 2) Attitudinal (skeptical attitude toward technology) and 3) Cognitive (beliefs of inefficiency in the use of technology). The items of these scales must be answered by workers using ICT in their work using a Likert frequency scale ranging from "0" (nothing / never) to "6" (always / every day). The interpretation was performed using arithmetic means. Among the results the results evidenced a low anxiety in the personnel, but high presence of fatigue hindering the relaxation after work; High skepticism about ICTs, feeling less interested in them; As well as average high inefficiency and low anxiety, so it is concluded that in the metalworking company although the high scores in the indicators do not represent a serious tecnoestrés situation, they are signs to adopt preventive measures to reduce or eradicate the causes detected and to avoid their Future manifestation.
