    O trabalho tem como título “Currículo da EJA: um caminho para o desenvolvimento social e econômico?”. A pesquisa, tendo como tema “Currículo da EJA e economia solidária”, se efetuou através da seguinte indagação: O currículo da EJA atende aos educandos numa perspectiva solidária? O estudo propõe ofertar respostas à questão, objetivando realizar aproximações entre currículo e economia solidária na Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA). Para tanto, realiza-se uma análise documental da “Proposta Curricular para o 1° Seguimento da Educação de Jovens e Adultos”, intencionando estabelecer caminhos que liguem os conhecimentos propostos pelo currículo da EJA a um desenvolvimento social e econômico dos jovens e adultos que buscam essa modalidade de ensino. O trabalho, a partir de estudos bibliográficos, comporta discussões conceituais sobre currículo e economia solidária; realiza uma breve abordagem histórica sobre a Educação de Jovens e Adultos no Brasil, para, em seguida, fomentar aproximações entre o currículo da EJA e os fundamentos da economia solidária, na tentativa de refletir o papel da EJA na formação voltada para a geração de renda. Por fim, realiza-se a análise da Proposta Curricular para o 1° Seguimento da Educação de Jovens e Adultos a fim de compreender se o currículo da EJA tem colaborado para o desenvolvimento social e econômico dos educandos.

    The work is titled "Curriculum of the EJA: a path to social and economic development". The research with the theme "Curriculum of the EJA and solidarity economy" is carried through the following question: The curriculum meets students EJA perspective solidarity? The study proposes to offer answers to the question, aiming to realize similarities between curriculum and solidarity economy in the Education of Youth and Adults (EJA). The study presents an analysis of the documentary" Curriculum Proposal for the 1st Tracking Education for Youth and Adults", intending to establish paths linking the knowledge offered by adult education curriculum to an economic and social development of young people and adults who seek this type of education. The work, from bibliographical studies, includes conceptual discussions on curriculum and solidarity economy, provides a brief historical perspective on the Education of Youth and Adults in Brazil, to then promote similarities between the curriculum of adult education and the economic fundamentals supportive, in an attempt to reflect the role of adult education in training aimed at generating income. Finally, we carried out the analysis of Curriculum Proposal for the 1st Tracking Education for Youth and Adults in order to understand if the curriculum of adult education has contributed to the economic and social development of students.
