  Presentamos un análisis del concepto de conocimiento en el ámbito del islam, con la finalidadde poner en crisis el prejuicio occidental delilustracionismo,esto es, la afirmación que reducetodos los problemas actuales que padece la civilización islámica a una carencia de Ilustración,de progreso. Sabiendo que la autonomía es la creencia que impulsa a la idea de Ilustración, yque la autonomía se declina en términos epistémicos, se sigue entonces que la falta de ilustra-ción resulta ser en realidad una carencia de conocimiento. Por este motivo, hemos consideradoque, para avanzar hacia la disolución del prejuicio ilustrado, es necesario aclarar primero el sig-nificado y conocer los diversos matices que presenta el término conocimiento en el ámbito delislam

  We present an analysis of the concept of knowledge in the field of islām, with the purpose ofputting in crisis the western prejudice of the “ilustracionism”, that is, the affirmation that re-duces all the current problems that the Islamic civilization suffers to a lack of Enlightenment.Knowing that autonomy is the belief that drives the idea of Enlightenment, and that autonomyis declined in epistemic terms, it follows then that the lack of illustration turns out to be in re-ality a lack of knowledge. For this reason, we have considered that, in order to move towardsthe dissolution of enlightened prejudice, it is necessary to clarify the meaning first and know thedifferent nuances that the term knowledge in the field of islām presents.
