    La formación de los entrenadores es muy importante en la enseñanza deportiva al influir directamente en el desarrollo personal y deportivo de los deportistas. La conducta verbal del entrenador es muy importante al presentar relación con la percepción de competencia, motivación y rendimiento de sus jugadores. Se analizó el lenguaje verbal de dos entrenadores de categoría juvenil; uno con formación (nivel III federativo) y otro sin formación en las charlas previas a ocho partidos y en el descanso. El entrenador con formación emitió un mayor número de mensajes que el entrenador sin formación. El feedback más utilizado por ambos entrenadores fue el descriptivo. Es importante es importante contar con pautas eficaces de transmisión de información por parte de los entrenadores para mejorar el proceso de enseñanzaaprendizaje en iniciación deportiva.

    The training of coaches is very important in sports education because it directly influences the personal and sporting development of athletes. The verbal behaviour of the coach is very important as it is related to the perception of competence, motivation and performance of his players. The verbal language of two youth coaches was analyzed; one with training (level III of the federation courses) and the other without sports studies, in the talks prior to eight games and at half-time. The trained coach gave more messages than the untrained coach. The feedback most used by both coaches was descriptive. It is important to have effective guidelines for the transmission of information by the coaches in order to improve the teachinglearning process in sports initiation
