    El actual trabajo tiene como punto de partida la observación y el estudio de la utilización, composición y funcionamiento del VAR. Desde la óptica de las reglas del juego, se analizará la regulación normativa del VAR, y el espectro disciplinario. El objetivo general es un estudio, sobre la viabilidad de su implantación en el mundo del fútbol, no sólo en el profesional sino en el fútbol amateur y en el base/cantera. Desde otra perspectiva, se realiza un examen de la situación actual, y la incidencia de los valores del VAR en las distintas categorías del fútbol. Asimismo, se examinan las dificultades de su implantación, y se establecen unas propuestas de mejora y de futuro.

    The current work has as its starting point the observation and study of the use, composition and functioning of the VAR. From the point of view of the rules of the game, the normative regulation of the VAR and the disciplinary spectrum will be analysed. The general objective is a study on the viability of its implantation in the world of football, not only in the professional but also in amateur football and in the base/field. From another perspective, I carry out an examination of the current situation, and the incidence of the values of the VAR in the different categories of football. Also, the difficulties of its implementation are analysed, and proposals for improvement and future are established.
