    En este artículo se pretende dar respuesta a las cuestiones en torno a los presupuestos habilitantes de la lectura única que ni la doctrina ni el Tribunal Constitucional han abordado. Y en aquellos aspectos donde sí se ha establecido una línea doctrinal o jurisprudencial, normalmente nos hemos separado de ella proponiendo otros modos de interpretar este procedimiento abreviado que, a nuestro juicio, se ajustan mejor a la configuración constitucional de esta categoría.

    In this article we aim to give answers to questions arising from enabling circumstances from single readings which are not covered by doctrine nor by the Constitutional Tribunal, in those aspects whereby a doctrinal or jurisprudential line has been established. I have normally moved away from this idea, proposing other methods of interpreting the legislative procedure in a single reading, which, to my mind, are better adapted to the constitutional configuration in this category
