    El Estado Colombiano a través de sus instituciones tiene como fin el cumplimiento de los DDHH y la Carta Magna colombiana, a través de políticas y procedimientos, en su mayoría administrativos en ejercicio de la Función Pública. Convertir esa función en una realidad es gracias, por lo general, al nivel o proyección de inversiones a través de la Contratación Estatal, con sus principios y normas aplicables; ante cualquier situación adversa y durante todas las vigencias fiscales.

    The Colombian State, through its institutions, has as its goal the fulfillment of Human Rights and the Political Constitution of 1991 through policies and procedures, mostly administrative in the exercise of Public Function. Turning that function into a reality is, generally, thanks to the level or projection of investments through the Government Contract, with its applicable principles and norms; in any adverse situation and during all fiscal periods.
