Intervención educativa, sanitaria y social en un caso de trastorno de conducta

    El análisis del caso de una alumna con trastorno de conducta (TC), nos permite reflexionar sobre las intervenciones realizadas desde diferentes instituciones, las consecuencias de las mismas, los procedimientos seguidos, el tipo de coordinaciones dadas y la incidencia que todo ello ha tenido en la evolución del caso, valorando, desde una perspectiva crítica, los resultados obtenidos. Este caso, también, nos ayuda a reflexionar sobre las respuestas inter-institucionales no solo a los TC, sino a otros casos que tienen en común con estos, los años de evolución y la participación de muchos profesionales, que “ofrecen sus respuestas”, no siempre de manera coordinada. Pensamos que cuanto mayor sea el número de profesionales e instituciones implicadas, mayor debe de ser el esfuerzo por establecer cauces y procedimientos de coordinación que permitan trasladar mensajes coherentes y consistentes al alumnado y a sus familias. La alumna se ha escolarizado, hasta el momento actual, en centro ordinario (CO) y en centro de educación especial (CEE), el traslado de un centro a otro, se justifica por una discapacidad intelectual. En dicha valoración intervienen los servicios de orientación generales y específicos de alteraciones del comportamiento. Metodología: Análisis cualitativo. Instrumentos: Entrevistas, test y observación.

    The analysis of the case of a student with behavioural disorder (BD), allows us to reflect on the statements made from different institutions, the consequences thereof, the following procedures, the type of coordination given and the impact that all this has had on the evolution of the case, assessing the results obtained, from a critical perspective. This case, also, helps us to reflect on inter-institutional responses not only to the BD, but others cases that have in common with these, the years of evolution and the participation of many professionals, to "offer their responses", not always in a coordinated manner. We believe that the greater number of professionals and institutions involved, greater must be the effort to establish channels and coordination procedures that allow send coherent and consistent messages to the students and their families. The student has been enrolled, up to the present time, in a regular centre (RC) and a centre of special education (CEE). The transfer from a centre to another, it is justified by an intellectual disability. General and specific guidance services of behaviour disorders are involved in this evaluation. Methodology: Qualitative Analysis. Instruments: Interviews, test and observation.
