Resumen de Maras, Microbes y Kulunas: los "apóstoles" de la violencia en Guatemala City, Abiyán y Kinshasa

  Desde algunos años, Guatemala City, Abiyán y Kinshasa se han convertido en tierra fértil para las pandillas o grupos de delincuentes juveniles. El presente trabajo quiere poner de relieve el peligro que representan las Maras de Guatemala, los Microbes de Costa de Marfil, y los Kulunas de Kinshasa y proponer soluciones para prevenir el daño en lugar de curarlo. ¿Cuáles son las razones profundas de estos fenómenos? y ¿Cuáles son los remedios propuestos para acabar con este fenómeno? Este artículo se basa en la certeza que las pandillas son las consecuencias de mutaciones sociales debidas a las crisis en los diferentes países y que representan una amenaza para las grandes. El objetivo es mostrar no solo el impacto negativo de las acciones de estas pandillas sino también la debilitad y a veces el mutismo de los poderes estatales. La violencia urbana encarnada por estas tres pandillas, tiene consecuencias graves en el seno de la juventud de los tres países, por su implicación directa en la expresión de la violencia y también sobre la población, principal víctima de sus violencias cotidianas.

  For some years, Guatemala City, Abidjan and Kinshasa have become fertile land for gangs or groups of juvenile offenders. This paper wants to highlight the danger posed by the Maras of Guatemala, the Microbes of Ivory Coast, and the Kulunas of Kinshasa and propose solutions to prevent the damage instead of curing it. What are the deep reasons for these phenomena? and how to counteract them? This article is based on the certainty that gangs are the consequences of social mutations due to crises in different countries and that pose a threat to the big ones. The objective is to show not only the negative impact of the actions of these gangs but also the weakening and sometimes the mutism of state powers. The urban violence embodied by these three gangs has serious consequences within the youth of the three countries, due to their direct involvement in the expression of violence and also to the population, the main victim of their daily violence
