    El objetivo de este trabajo es, a partir de la autoetnografía, llevar a cabo un análisis de la relación existente entre la legalidad y la ilegalidad en el sistema político cubano y cómo el mismo resulta generador de discriminación, abriendo el espacio para el delito y la corrupción. La autoetnografía y la observación participante son el método y la técnica privilegiada para la recogida de la información, mientras que el análisis se lleva a cabo, sobre todo, a partir del método comparativo con el caso peruano. Se considera que el propio sistema burocrático cubano es generador de espacios no legales o semilegales, siendo así que la corrupción no es un problema aislado sino un producto esencial de la maquinaria burocrática socialista cubana.

    The objective of this paper is, from the autoethnography, to carry out an analysis of the relationship between legality and illegality in the Cuban political system and how it results in discrimination, opening the space for crime and corruption. The ethnography and the participant observation are the method and the privileged technique for the collection of the information, while the analysis is carried out, mainly, from the comparative method with the Peruvian case. It is considered that the Cuban bureaucratic system generates non-legal or semi-legal spaces, while corruption is not an isolated problem but an essential product of the Cuban socialist bureaucratic machinery.
