This article presents how undergraduate students from different disciplines can develop multidisciplinary skills applying the Design Thinking methodology during the Analysis and Problem Solving course offered at ESPOL. We describe three specific cases in which students propose innovative solutions for Ecuadorian NGOs’ problems. During this process, we evaluated the ability to work as part of multidisciplinary team, an institutional learning outcome developed through projects along the course.
