Bee honey (Apis mellifera) is for Ecuadorians a natural food, rich in its nutritional content and of great utility for the health of the people. Despite this demand, agroindustry production has been very limited, due to several factors. This research presents the results obtained in four bee communities: Cascajal, Daule, Tres Postes and Palestine, located in the province of Guayas, Ecuador, in order to highlight the problems and propose solutions in the areas of empowerment and negotiation skills, mechanical design of machines and good manufacturing practices related to the processes of obtaining honey
