    : Muchos de los derechos de los trabajadores, son considerados derechos humanos, de corte social, no obstante en los últimos años su importancia parece ser superpuesta por las condiciones de las economías globales, por los requerimientos de productividad y competitividad en los mercados internacionales, lo cual impone la necesidad de recordar que los derechos humanos so n en esencia indisponibles para el Estado, tienen por sus propias características una relevancia especial sobre la que no puede supeditarse ningún tipo de interés, salvo otros derechos de la misma naturaleza.

    Many of the labor rights are considered human rights, also considered social rights, however in recent years their importance seems to be superimposed by the conditions of global economies, by the requirements of productivity and competitiveness in intern ational markets, this circumstances imposes the need to remember that there are unavaliables for the state; human rigths have their own characteristics, that must be considered with especial relevance on top of the others rights, these not be subordinated of the any kind of interests or facts, except other human rights.
