Resumen de O entrelaçamento da memória e da informação no âmbito do processo de referência

  The purpose of this paper is to reflect on the reference process, in which the particularities of memory and information are present throughout the process, as points that intertwine and influence before, during or even after the reference service is finalized. We understand that it is through the process of reference that one has the unique moment of interpersonal communication between the user and the librarian. Based on this relationship between the actors, the methodology to be applied is the conceptualanalysis of the steps in the reference process in the light of Denis Grogan, being developed through the construction of a bibliographic search strategy that contemplates the convergence and divergence between the theoretical assumptions of the field of memory and information. In addition, the relationship of the concept of communicative action and dialogic process is basilar to reflect on the qualification of interpersonal communication among the actors, besides promoting a state of informational consciousness. The proposed reflections are promising regarding the innovation of the concept of interpersonal communication itself and the integration of the actors involved in the reference process with the library. Some initial results can be observed, such as: modifications in the informational culture, feedbacks and revision of the reference service.

  A presente comunicação tem por objetivo refletir sobre o processo de referência, no qual se compreende que as particularidades da memória e da informação se fazem presentes no decorrer do processo, como pontos que se entrelaçam e influenciam antes, duranteou mesmo depois do serviço de referência ser finalizado. Entende-se que é por intermédio do processo de referência que se tem o momento ímpar da comunicação interpessoal entre o usuário e o bibliotecário. Com base nessa relação entre os atores, a metodologia a ser aplicada é a análise conceitual das etapas existentes no processo de referência proposto por Denis Grogan, sendo desenvolvida por intermédio da construção de uma estratégia de busca bibliográfica que contemple a convergência e divergência entre os pressupostos teóricos do campo da memória e da informação. Em complemento, é basilar o relacionamento do conceito de agir comunicativo e processo dialógico para refletir sobre a qualificação da comunicação interpessoal entre os atores, além de promover um estado de consciência informacional. As reflexões propostas são promissoras quanto à inovação do próprio conceito de comunicação interpessoal e a integração dos atores envolvidos no processo de referência com a biblioteca. Alguns resultados iniciais podem ser observados, tais como: modificações na cultural informacional, feedbacks e revisão do serviço de referência.
