Resumen de El procedimiento contencioso federal en la vía tradicional, sumaria y el juicio oral de resolución exclusiva de fondo (principales novedades)

  Hacemos referencia a los antecedentes históricos de la justicia fiscal en México. Posteriormente, analizamos la actual organización del Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa y su regulación en la ley orgánica de la materia. También damos a conocer al lector, los diversos juicios a los que puede acudir el contribuyente para dirimir en lo contencioso sus diferencias con la Administración Pública, analizando el juicio tradicional, el juicio sumario, el juicio en línea y, el juicio de resolución exclusiva de fondo, donde prevalecen los principios de celeridad y oralidad, sin embargo, esperamos que con el uso de esta vía por parte de los particulares, en el futuro, se amplíen los supuestos para acudir a él, e intentar solucionar las controversias de forma más rápida.

  We refer to the historical background of fiscal justice in Mexico. Subsequently, we analyze the current organization of the Federal Court of Administrative Justice and its regulation in the organic law of the matter. We also inform the reader of the various lawsuits to which the taxpayer can go to settle disputes with the Public Administration, analyzing the traditional trial, the summary judgment, the online trial and the exclusive resolution judgment of the taxpayer background, where the principles of speed and orality prevail, however, we hope that with the use of this way by individuals, in the future, the assumptions to go to it will be broadened, and try to resolve disputes more quickly.
