  En este artículo estudiaremos la determinación de la ley personal, condiciones y jurisdicción en que habrá de ventilarse el Derecho foral o el extranjero. Corresponde ahondar en las fuentes de la compatibilidad entre la sucesión testada e intestada, cuestión de profundo calado, toda vez que evidencia como ya lo hacen los Derecho forales, la escasa adhesión del Derecho sucesorio a la familia romana y una necesaria aproximación a la tradición germánica.

  In this article we study the determination of the personal law, conditions and jurisdiction of the foreign. The compliance between of the testate succession and intested: cause of heritage intested by the premorience of the testamentary heir, since it evidences as the Foral Law to the Roman family and a necessary approach to the Germanic tradition.
