    El texto propone algunas reflexiones sobre la relación entre in- vestigación científica (especialmente en ámbito biomédico) y nor- mas jurídicas. El así llamado “bioderecho”, y todavía más la “bio- jurídica” como reflexión crítica en torno a las normas del biodere- cho, está llamado a garantizar la investigación, a fin de que sea ella misma y, por tanto, verdaderamente funcional para la preser- vación e implementación del auténtico bien humano.

    The text offers some reflections on the relationship between scientific research (especially in the biomedical field) and legal ru- les. The so-called “biolaw” and even more a “critical bio-law” (as areflection on bio-law norms) are called to ensure the identity of re- search itself, in order to the preservation and implementation of authentic human good.
