Resumen de Sense and scope of Mexico City’s law for protection against therapeutic cruelty

The article gives a general overview of the situation of the laws on euthanasia. In this framework it focuses on analyzing the legal situa- tion in Mexico. Under this last heading, the analysis focuses on the palliative care law of Mexico City. This law is analyzed with the an- thropological categories of personalism so as to show the strengths and weaknesses of this law and also its risks and benefits. It closes with some general reflections derived from the proposed analysis.
