En los últimos tiempos la sociedad experimenta a nivel planetario la imposición de un sistema llamado neoliberal (en este trabajo se considera como la "nueva Pandora”) quien trajo la caja del dios Zeus (grupos de poderosos dueños del mercado y de las organizaciones transnacionales). En este trabajo se pregunta ¿Quién es esta nueva Pandora llamado “sistema neoliberal global”; ¿Qué es el sistema neoliberal global y qué contiene la caja como proyectos manifiestos y ocultos? ¿Qué impactos experimentan los seres humanos por la imposición del nuevo paquete del sistema neoliberal? ¿Cuál es el rol impuesto por la Nueva Pandora a las universidades? ¿Qué prospectiva tiene la humanidad como esperanza de recuperación de su esencia humana? En correspondencia a estas cuestiones el presente trabajo se propone: comprender el significado y el alcance del sistema neoliberal global; y, como desgloses: Distinguir esencialmente la doctrina del sistema neoliberal global y los proyectos manifiestos y ocultos encerrados en su caja; presentar, a grosso modo, los diferentes impactos aquejados por la humanidad, discriminar el nuevo rol de la universidad impuesto por la Nueva Pandora y visionar una prospectiva de una vida más humana, justa y sostenible. Se trata de una monografía de compilación, dando énfasis a interpretaciones reflexivas de las informaciones críticas presentadas. Se trata de un modelo que centra su estrategia en la liberación del mercado y al Estado como su guardián. El impacto generado es el beneficio de un grupito y de resultado adverso a la mayoría, que está en situación cada vez más precarizada e inhumana; pero queda por fortalecer el modelo del desarrollo sostenido como esperanza para la sociedad.

In recent times society experiences at the planetary level the imposition of a system called neo liberal (in this work it is considered as the "new Pandora") who brought the box of the god Zeus (groups of powerful owners of the market and transnational organizations ). In this paper he asks: Who is this new Pandora called “global neoliberal system”; What is the global neoliberal system and what does the box contain as manifest and hidden projects? What impacts do humans experience due to the imposition of the new neoliberal system package? What is the role imposed by the New Pandora to universities? What prospect does humanity have asa hope of recovery of its human essence? Corresponding to these questions, this paper proposes: to understand the meaning and scope of the global neoliberal system; and, as breakdowns: Distinguish essentially the doctrine of the global neoliberal system and the manifest and hidden projects enclosed in its box; present, roughly, the different impacts afflicted by humanity, discriminate against the new role of the university imposed by the New Pandora and envision a prospect of a more human, just and sustainable life. This is a compilation monograph, emphasizing reflective interpretations of the critical information presented. It is a model that focuses its strategy on the liberation of the market and the State as its guardian. The impact generated is the benefit of a small group and of adverse result to the majority, which is in an increasingly precarious and inhuman situation; but it remains to strengthen the model of sustained development as hope for society.
