Resumen de Clima laboral y síndrome de burnout en enfermeras de un hospital general de Huancayo, Perú

  Se pretende determinar la relación entre la percepción de clima laboral y el síndrome de burnout en enfermeras. Se evaluó a 97 enfermeras del Hospital General Daniel Alcides Carrión de Huancayo, las cuales contestaron la Escala de Clima laboral (CLIOR Scale) y el Inventario de Burnout de Maslach (MBI).

  Se analizó la correlación entre la percepción del clima laboral y el burnout y se compararon las puntuaciones medias enlas variables según área de trabajo, condición laboral y tiempo desempeñando el puesto. Los resultados revelan que existe relación directa y significativa entre la percepción del clima laboral y la dimensión realización personal del burnout, así también se encontró que la diferencia de medias de clima laboral y del burnout según las áreas de trabajo, evidenció ser significativas en ambas variables, pero en burnout solamente para la dimensión Despersonalización, obteniendo mayores puntuaciones promedio en las enfermeras de UCI.

  This study aims to determine the relationship between work environment perception and the syndrome of burnout in nurses. The study was carried out on 97 nurses of the General Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión from Huancayo, who were provided two questionnaires Scale Work Environment (CLIOR Scale) and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). The correlation between the perception of the work environment and burnout was analyzed and compared, the mean scores on the variables according to the workplace, employment status and working conditions. The results show that there is a direct and significant relationship between the perception of work environment and personal fulfillment dimension of burnout, also it was found that the difference of means of work climate and burnout according to workplace. It demonstrated to be significant in both variables, but only in burnout for depersonalization dimension, obtaining higher average scores in ICU nurses
