    Contribuir al mejoramiento de los comportamientos humanos de los trabajadores de servicios de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina es una necesidad que tienen las universidades médicas para el logro de un modelo del profesional de estos tiempos. En la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina la comunicación; como herramienta fundamental, muestra niveles muy bajos para el intercambio cotidiano con los profesionales y los educandos, según las exigencias de su encargo social, pues los trabajadores de servicio, no son consecuentes con sus comportamientos, por lo que es importante la adquisición de los saberes educativos y las adecuadas relaciones interpersonales, lo cual contribuirá a la formación humanista del profesional. Esta situación provocó pensar en el siguiente problema científico: ¿Cómo contribuir al mejoramiento de los comportamientos humanos de los trabajadores de servicio de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina? Este estudio corresponderá a un proyecto de desarrollo, donde el proceso de abstracción facilitará diseñar un Programa educativo para el mejoramiento de los comportamientos humanos de los trabajadores de servicio de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina. Los resultados de las indagaciones teóricas realizadas posibilitaron la sistematización de los antecedentes. Las indagaciones empíricas viabilizaron observar y caracterizar el estado actual de los comportamientos humanos.

    Las acciones educativas favorecerán los contenidos que enriquecen el acervo cultural desde una perspectiva educativa

    Contributing to the improvement of the human behaviors of the service workers of the Latin American School of Medicine is a necessity that medical universities have for the achievement of a professional model of these times. In the Latin American School of Medicine, communication; as a fundamental tool, it shows very low levels for the daily exchange with professionals and students, according to the demands of their social order, as the service workers are not consistent with their behaviors, so it is important to acquire knowledge educational and appropriate interpersonal relationships, which will contribute to the professional’s humanistic training. This situation caused us to think about the following scientific problem:

    How to contribute to the improvement of the human behavior of the service workers of the Latin American School of Medicine? This study will correspond to a development project, where the process of abstraction will facilitate the design of an educational program for the improvement of the human behavior of service workers of the Latin American School of Medicine. The results of the theoretical inquiries made possible the systematization of the antecedents. Empirical inquiries made it possible to observe and characterize the current state of human behaviors. The educational actions will favor the contents that enrich the cultural heritage from an educational perspective.
