  La obra de Shakespeare, Enrique VIII, All is true y La cisma de Ingalaterra de Calderón han sido comparadas muchas veces desde la perspectiva crítico-literaria.
  
  Sin embargo, en raras ocasiones se han podido ver representadas en un tiempo cercano que haya permitido el estudio comparativo de su adaptación y dramaturgia.
  
  Este artículo trata de contrastar las recientes puestas en escena desde la perspectiva de la dirección, la dramaturgia y el reparto de actores.

  Henry VIII, All Is True’s Shakespeare historic play and La cisma de Ingalaterra written by Calderón have often been compared from a literary and critic point of view. Nevertheless, these works have rarely been staged in recent times, so that it has not been possible to carry out a comparative study of their adaptations and dramatic writings.
  
  Therefore, the intention of this article is to provide a contrasting explanation about recent productions from the perspective of their directions, stage adaptations and casts of actors.
