  • The “problem” of the informed consent: from the rights of the patient to the depersonalization of his relationship with the physician.This work deals with the process of the informed consent. It analyzes the “new” right to health; then, it focuses its attention on the right to be informed before conducting a healthcare procedure. In the end, it considers the issue of the relationship between the physician and the patient and investigates the problem of its depersonalization
