    En este artículo se interpreta el paradigma de la intersubjetividad desde una perspectiva intercultural, con el propósito de comprender la justicia social como una praxis emancipadora intersubjetiva que hace posible legitimar los espacios públicos del nuevo orden sociopolítico que actualmente emerge en varios países de Latinoamérica. La justicia social, en términos interculturales, es, la integración del otro excluido en el desarrollo de los poderes populares; y, además, propicia la alternativa a la hegemonía del capitalismo global, pues, rescata las tradiciones de las identidades autónomas y la diversidad histórica de los pueblos, más allá de los límites étnicos, religiosos, socioculturales y políticos arraigados en un ethos

    In this article, we interpret the paradigm of intersubjectivity from an intercultural perspective, with the objective of understanding social justice as an intersubjective emancipatory praxis that makes possible the legitimation of the public spaces of the new sociopolitical order that today emerges in many Latin American countries. Social justice, in intercultural terms, is, in the first instance, the integration of the excluded other in the development of popular powers; and, in the second, it fosters an alternative to the hegemony of global capitalism, because it rescues the traditions of the autonomic identities of the historic diversity of the peoples, beyond the ethnic, religious, sociocultural and political limits rooted in an ethos
