  • Here three docurnents preserved in the Girona Diocesan Archive are published. -They relate to a dispute between the Church and the Franciscans of the city of Vic; an episode of the Franciscan questiom in Catalonia during the first half of the 14th. century. These documents offer an opportunity to see the relationship of this problem with the political structure of the city of Vic, the relationship between Church and State, and with the Church standing during the phase of the Papacy in Avignon.
