Examen de la Sentencia del Tribunal Supremo desde la perspectiva del Convenio, en relación con los derechos sustantivos del Convenio reconocidos en los artículos 10 y 11 del mismo: derechos de libertad de expresión, reunión y manifestación pacíficas. Limitaciones y restricciones permitidas: justificación de la necesidad. Diferencias entre violencia y resistencia. Examen de proporcionalidad a las condenas por sedición impuestas. Derechos de libertad de expresión en el espacio parlamentario.
