    Este texto presenta un panorama de las características y miradas del turismo de la ciudad de México. Describe quienes son los turistas, las características del viaje y la estancia, así como, su evaluación de los servicios turísticos y de la ciudad.

    La información se obtiene por medio de una encuesta y entrevistas realizadas en 2017. Los visitantes presentan ciertas características, la ciudad es valorada en general positivamente sin dejar de señalar sus problemáticas, se muestran los gustos y disgustos por la ciudad, así como, la evaluación de la oferta turística también en general favorecedora. Como resultado se encontró que gusta la historia, cultura, arquitectura, gastronomía, lo que no gusta es la concentración de gente, tráfico, contaminación e inseguridad, lo cual siendo comprensible no deja de señalar a otra ciudad.

    This text presents an overview of the features and looks of the tourism of the Mexico City. It describes people who are tourists, the characteristics of the journey and the stay, as well as their assessment of tourist services and the city. Through a survey and interviews conducted in 2017 is obtained the information. Visitors have certain characteristics, in general the city is valued positively without throwing out its problems, the likes and dislikes are shown by the city, as well as the evaluation of tourism also generally good. As a result, it was found that people like history, culture, architecture, gastronomy. On the other hand, they don't like is the concentration of people, traffic, pollution and insecurity, which is understandable and that can point out to another city.
