    El objetivo principal del presente estudio es poder ofrecer la precisión diagnóstica de que la Escala de Respuesta de Sesgo (Response Bias Scale, RBS) ofrece al MMPI-2-RF a través del análisis de la curva ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic), utilizando una muestra de personas normales a los que se les instruye para obtener una mala imagen de sí mismos con el objetivo de conseguir un gran beneficio. Con los 570 participantes e utilizó un diseño experimental formado por dos grupos, simulador y nosimulador, asignados, de forma aleatoria. A todos ellos se les había aplicado el MMPI-2 y posteriormente se hizo la adaptación de sus respuestas y de la escala RBS a la nueva reestructuración del MMPI-2, el MMPI-2-RF. Los resultados mostraron una buena precisión diagnóstica (AUC), una moderada sensibilidad y especificidad de la escala y un poder predictivo (positivo y negativo), a distintos niveles (5, 10 y 15%), adecuado.

    The main objective of the present study is to provide the diagnostic accuracy of the scale of response bias (Response Bias Scale, RBS) offers the MMPI-2-RF through analysis of the ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic) curve, using a sample of normal people who are instructed to get a bad image of themselves with the aim of achieving a great benefit. With 570 participants and used an experimental design consisting of two groups, Simulator and no-simulator, assigned, at random. All they had applied the MMPI-2 and later became the adaptation of their responses and RBS scale to the new restructuring of the MMPI-2, MMPI-2-RF. The results showed a good diagnostic accuracy (AUC), a moderate sensitivity and specificity of the scale and a predictive power (positive and negative), at different levels (5, 10 and 15), right.
