Given the impossibility of a commercial, industrial, fiscal, monetary and exchange rate policy, the only source of growth is exports to USA, and hence our dependence with that country. Finally, it states that in order to change the growth strategy, without risk of leakage of capital, its indispensable to eliminate the current account deficits.
