The propaedeutic programs aim the inclusion of students from vulnerable contexts in the university, generating a series of expectations and new requirements for these young people. In this sense personnel management workshops, through a group methodology, are the spaces that allow reflection on this and aim to promote the development of personal tools of youth, that allow them to have a better adaptation to the requirements of the University. This qualitative study was aimed to know the experience of the propaedeutic students UTEM 2013 and specifically identify the changes that occurred in their narrative identities, after passing by the workshop of personal management, from the conviction that people are the experts of their experiences and histories, so from their accounts of a particular fact we can approach to their narrative identities and the changes that may be in it, after completion of the phenomenon in question. The research is located from a constructivist-constructionist epistemology; the main theoretical approaches for understanding the phenomenon are the theory of narrative therapy, by the social worker Michael White and David Epston, theory of the origin of meaning by Jerome Bruner and group theory from Social Work.
