    Introducción: La Revolución Mexicana implicó la emergencia de nuevos actores políticos. Entre ellos hubo profesionistas y técnicos que deseaban transformar las costumbres de los mexicanos mediante un nuevo orden legal. Aquí revisamos la imagen del trabajador que ellos deseaban formar a partir de la legislación educativa, sanitaria y laboral del Congreso Constituyente de 1917.

    Introduction: The Mexican Revolution fostered the emergence of new political actors. Among them were professionals and technicians who wanted to transform the habits and practices of Mexicans through a new legal order. Here we review the image of the worker they wished to form based on the educational, health and labor legislation of the Constitutional Congress of 1917.
