Resumen de La construcción del conocimiento en la enseñanza geográfica y la explicación de la realidad sociohistórica contemporánea

  El artículo analiza la exigencia de la construcción del conocimiento en la enseñanza de la geografía escolar, en el marco de la época contemporánea. Al respecto, se reflexiona sobre el requerimiento de educar para comprender la realidad vivida, como labor del proceso formativo de esta disciplina científica. Allí se considera problema la transmisividad y la reproducción de contenidos programáticos, aunque en lo teórico se promueve la elaboración del conocimiento y el fortalecimiento de la subjetividad analítico-critica. En lo metodológico, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica para explicar las condiciones de la época, la acción educativa y la actividad formativa de la enseñanza geográfica. Concluye al reivindicar el estudio de los problemas comunitarios con el incentivo de la investigación para entender lo inmediato desde una formación educativa y geográfica, coherente con el mejoramiento de las condiciones sociales, al usar su territorio

  The article analyzes the demand for the construction of knowledge in the teaching of school geography, within the framework of contemporary times. In this regard, we reflect on the requirement to educate to understand the lived reality, as a work of the formative process of this scientific discipline. There, transmissivity and the reproduction of programmatic contents are considered a problem, although in the theoretical one, the development of knowledge and the strengthening of analytical-critical subjectivity are promoted. In the methodological, a bibliographical revision was made to explain the conditions of the time, the educational action and the formative activity of the geographical teaching. It concludes by claiming the study of community problems with the incentive of research to understand the immediate from an educational and geographical formation, consistent with the improvement of social conditions, when using its territory
