Resumen de Papel del profesor en la orientación y conformación del proyecto de vida de los estudiantes

  El artículo aborda consideraciones sobre la conformación del proyecto de vida para nuestros estudiantes en las universidades y el papel del profesor en la orientación educativa y psicopedagógica para tales fines. Concebido como acto personal intransferible que compromete nuestro ser y hacer para lograr darnos una oportunidad de expresarnos socialmente como personas constructivas, participativas y vinculadas con lo mejor de los ideales sociales y humanos que nos congregan durante la etapa socio-histórica que nos toca vivir. Se analizan las bases para su construcción así como los elementos que se deben considerar. Se sugieren algunas pautas a las que el profesor puede acceder a una guía mucho más eficiente de proyectar la vida hacia el futuro desde el presente. Es intención socializar algunos elementos teóricos en los que se profundizan desde la orientación educativa y psicopedagógica de la conformación del proyecto de vida en el proceso de formación de estudiantes de las carreras pedagógicas y que posibilitan, a través de la propuesta de pautas para su implementación, la comprensión de los mismos para su aplicación práctica por los profesores de la universidad.

  This article addresses some considerations about the conformation of the life project for our students in the universities and the role of the teacher in educational and psycho pedagogical orientation for such purposes. Conceived the Life Project as a non-transferable personal act that compromises our being and doing to give usan opportunity to express ourselves socially throughout our existence as constructive, participatory and linked to the best of the social and human ideals that congregate us during the socio-historical stage that we live. The bases for its construction are analyzed from different authors as well as the elements that should be considered, in our opinion, in the orientations that the professors give to their students. Some guidelines are suggested with which the teacher from his guiding role can access a much more efficient guide to such a complex process as it is to project life into the future from the present. It is the intention of the authors to socialize some theoretical elements in which they deepen from the educational and psycho pedagogical orientation of the conformation of the life project in the process of training students of pedagogical careers and that they make possible, through the proposal of guidelines for its implementation, the understanding of them for its practical application by university professors.
