    Los títulos de crédito son los documentos necesarios para ejercitar el derecho en ellos contenidos. La crisis del soporte de papel ha alcanzado a estos títulos y hoy en día transitamos hacia su desmaterialización. Es decir, a que no sea necesaria la incorporación del derecho y del título; o bien, que éste se pueda crear o circular de manera electrónica. En el presente trabajo analizaremos las características doctrinales de los títulos de crédito y expondremos las modificaciones legales que han permitido, paulatinamente, la emisión y circulación de títulos de crédito desmaterializados.

    The credits securities are the necessary documents to exercise the right contained therein. The crisis of paper support has reached these titles and nowadays we are moving towards its dematerialization. That is, the incorporation of the right and the title is not necessary; or, that it can be created or circulated electronically. In the present work we will analyze the doctrinal characteristics of the credits and we will expose the legal modifications that have allowed, gradually, the issue and circulation of dematerialized credit titles.
