    RESUMEN La ocurrencia de desastres se encuentra en crecimiento en estos últimos años, también la exigencia en la: calidad en asistencia humanitaria, transparencia y rendición de cuentas en el manejo de los recursos financieros. Por lo anterior, se proponen herramientas para la coordinación de la asistencia humanitaria entre los actores. Se empleó la revisión bibliográfica de diferentes modelos y consulta a expertos de la temática. La investigación se dirige a proponer una organización de coordinación del proceso desde la recepción hasta el destinatario final, con la integración de los actores que deben participar, brindar de forma efectiva, oportuna, a tiempo, la llegada de la asistencia demandada, medir efectos poblacional, social, económico y ambiental favorable.

    ABSTRACT The occurrence of events of disasters is in growth in these last years, related with the increase of readiness and quality of the humanitarian attendance, also with the control of the assigned resources, the effective arrival, competent to the final addressee, before, during, after each event and in this sense it has been developed models, not effective, not efficient in its to work. In short he/she intends a tools for the coordination of the humanitarian attendance among the actors. The investigation goes to propose an organization of coordination of the process from the reception until the final addressee, with the integration of the actors that you/they should participate, to toast in an effective, opportune way, on time, the arrival of the demanded attendance, to measure populational, social, economic and environmental favorable effects.
