    En els anys seixanta, un hotel situat al nord de Figueres, vora la carretera Nacional II, aprofita el primer turisme fins a assolir, el 1974, la primera estrella Michelin. La figura de Josep Mercader i Jaume Subirós, després, marquen l’excel·lència d’un restaurant que ha esdevingut punt de referència de la nova cuina catalana.

    In the 1960s, a hotel situated in the north of Figueres, on National Route 2, thrives on the first waves of tourism until achieving its first Michelin star in 1974. First Josep Mercader and then Jaume Subirós established the excellence of a restaurant that has become point ofreference for the new Catalan cuisine
